Just felt like telling how I feel about it... ^^
Well, I really love drawing fanart! Probably because I'm a bit of a fangirl. I watch tons of anime. I don't care if people think it's bad or whatever... most of what people say is completely meaningless to me anyways. Because it's fun to really like something. And I think it's fun when I see someone who really likes something too. And even more when we both like it! Hahaha! xD

For me it feels easier to draw these characters too, because it's all there already, their looks and personality, I don't have to create them. I don't think it's easy to create an interesting character. And in my personal opinion most people only create boring and unoriginal characters with nothing interesting in them... it's rare to see someone who can actually create good original characters! I'm very picky. And if you can't draw or write very well, your OC will most likely be very crappy. So of course for me it'd be much more interesting to draw fanart than someone's OC. Hell, I don't even draw my own OCs, although they do exist. *laughs* That's because whenever I try drawing them, they don't look like I want them to... it's never good.

So while I'm not good enough, I'll practice with fanart, why not?
You know what I hate though... fan characters... I'm sorry but I think they're so lame, I can't get myself to like them at all. ^^' I'm talking about those characters people make up using an already existing world or character... like making up a new member for Akatsuki, a new shinigami, and then making them interact with the original anime characters... I don't know, but it feels so laaaaame... makes me wanna cry. ^^' I guess what bothers me the most is that these fan characters are usually either plain rip-offs or a version of the real person in their fav anime. Ugh. Some people have this need of putting themselves in what they watch or something. If you like it's okay! Just don't ask me to draw that! xD

I've been watching Soul Eater and Amatsuki!

I was really impressed with the animation in Soul Eater, it's very fun and cartoony, with lots of movement and funny expressions too. I had read the manga a bit and didn't like it, it was confusing for me... but the anime captivated me! The characters and the story are very light-hearted, it gets bloody sometimes though. In the last episode I watched, Death the Kid was introduced, I loved him, so funny. xD He has issues haha. He has the same seiyuu as Light (Death Note) and Tamaki (Ouran)!

Amatsuki is a very pretty anime too. I liked the way it's sorta enigmatic, with demons and priestesses, there's a girl possessed by an evil fox too. In the story, a highschool boy, who was visiting a museum about old Japan with virtual reality and stuff, got dragged into this other world, which was a lot like old Japan but with many weird creatures. I don't know much about this one yet, but the episodes I watched so far were interesting.

Meanwhile I'm also watching Jigoku Shoujo. xD
