These are the four Saiyuki characters in their previous life, 500 years before the journey to the west began. They were all kami, except for Goku: Tenpou (Hakkai), Kenren (Gojyo), Konzen (Sanzo) and Goku. I tried coloring it very softly this time. ^^' And I wasn't trying to copy Minekura's style. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. I love the lighter coloring. The shading on sanzo's right arm looks off. It mgiht need al ittle more to provide more depth? it look a bit flat at the momet. *shrug*
I love Goku though, he looks os peacefull and sweet! ^-^ the post is just adorable!
