Umm... this is Joshua, he's not really an angel. I just felt like drawing him like one, a tortured one, that is. Hehe.
In my story he's really innocent and pure and he's confronted with horrible situations that make him lose faith in the human kind.
I think I ended up exaggerating on the blood again. ^.^;

Sometimes life's cruelities can be too much for more sensitive souls to handle. This seems to be the message behind Tainted by *lily-kat. It's a simple piece of art, but the imagry mixed with the character's disquieting expression really brings the emotion across. (Featured by `mangapunksai)

I actually think the blood use is good. It reminds me a bit of parts of the Evangelion series. I think his expression is a little psychotic though...I'm sure that is how it is supposed to look. Anyway, well done on the colors and the use of space in the picture. The feathers are a particularly nice touch with the detail put into them.

He totally looks like Joshua from chrno crusade! I hadn't noticed that... -________-
He wasn't supposed to though, you know. I always liked this name Joshua, and I sketched this character many times before I came up with this. u_u Oy, this sucks. I didn't mean to copy chrno crusade... arrgh. Why anime people must look so alike?? XD Dammit, I'm sticking with him though. I didn't like the ending of chrno crusade anyways. ¬.¬ And my fav charas were chrno and aion.

*Yay* Have some questions on this one.
1. Did you draw ["draw" in past, whatever ¬.¬] all the feathers one by one or did get advantage of the PC? [doesn't really matter, the effect is gerat].
2. How did you made that blood effect O_O looks grat, I have to try it. I just... think it looks in some parts like if somebody else's blood [because it looks like splashed by it, not like an injury... ¬¬ (sorry 'bout my english -_- ... again)].
3. The lines are all the same color? Not black as I can see...
4. ... ^^;

Aaah, very nice use of blood and pink here. I always go for these type of pics with no matter how bad the injuries (or how much blood) is, a manic smile just changes everything for the better. XD

Just look at the amount of feathers on the floor....is it a brush?? ...if not....really Lil...you have some patience....

Doncha just love it when sleeves drop down on the shoulder like that? Freakin damn sexy!!! .....

I have to say I like the way you make blood drip down the hand/leg/body like that...I just like it....

Nice, plain colours which look neat and nice together... :D Nice one!

o_o Woah. That little bit of a smile makes him look way creepy. And don't worry, the blood looks fine to me, as does everything else! XD I would never have the patience for those feathers, let me tell YOU. Haha.
